Meet a Mutual is our take on the trend where single people get presented to a live audience to get them dates!

All you've gotta do is make your friend a live dating app profile in a deck and then present it in person to a party of people hosted by a Meeting Mutuals - in the Jackie's stadium room.

Here's how it works:

• You, the friend, present your fabulous single friend who you think is awesome - highlighting their personality, quirks, interests, and what makes them a great catch - in a live presentation on a projector screen.

• The presentation should be lighthearted and witty, kind of like a mini sales pitch or a dating profile, but with a personal touch.

• It happens in real life! In front of an audience!

• Include photos, videos, or fun facts to make the pitch more compelling.

How to participate:

• Email us: Send us a Google Slides Deck pitching your single friend (with their permission) by May 24th. We will select around 10 Meet a Mutual decks to present at this event.

• We'll let you know by May 26th if you've been selected as a presenter. We'll also have a waitlist just in case we have time for more presentations - we'll let you know if you should be prepared.

• Attend Meet-A-Mutual on May 28th: Show up and check in with the Host at 6:30pm.

• Social: Promote the event on your socials! Invite your mutuals out to support you and your friend :)

Agenda:

• 7:00pm: Arrive at Jackie's and pick up your stickers that tell everyone if you're single and who you're looking to date (men, women, or everyone)

• 7:30pm: Presentations start

• 8:15pm: Break for drink/bathroom/socializing

• 8:30pm: Presentations continue

• 9:00-10:00pm: Social hour - go say hi to the singles being pitched and hand off a You're Cute card if you want to connect with them after.

If you want to be a presenter, and present a friend to our live audience: email your presentation (Google Slide decks ONLY) to hello@meetingmutuals.com by May 24th. We will review it, and if selected, we'll let you know by May 26th.

Meeting Mutuals reserves the right to refuse or remove any presentation that is offensive, inappropriate, misleading, or not aligned with the values or format of the event.
