Meeting Mutuals is a floating social club that introduces people to the city’s best venues.

We team up with local businesses to bring in a crowd that’s excited to discover your space and meet new people - while keeping things running just like a normal night.

We bring the people. You run the bar like usual.

HOW IT WORKS

The short version -

  • We bring 100-150+ people to every event

  • We aim for nights/times you want more traffic

  • We don’t need to shut down the space to your usual customers - you can run your business as usual.

  • Partners say they make $2-3K more during our events vs. a normal night

  • Marketing & promotion

  • RSVPs / tickets

  • Full event hosting

You handle -

  • The space

  • Your staff

  • Drinks / food / normal service

EVENT TYPES

AND RATES

  • Free-to-attend mixers that bring the city’s singles into one space.

    • Typically Fridays or Saturdays

    • 8-10pm (we start set up at 7pm)

    • Space requirement: Room for 120-160 people

    Rate: First event: $500

  • Activity-based, ticketed events like group mixers, craft sessions, or workout classes.

    • Typically Thursdays or Sundays

    • 7-9pm (we start set up at 6pm)

    • Space Requirement: Reserved section or full venue buy-out for 40-60 people

    Rate: $150 / event

  • Exclusive events with curated guest lists.

    • Days and times vary: we work with you to make sure it’s mutually beneficial

    • Show off your space - we work with you to create a premium experience for guests

    • Space requirement: fully private venue reservation for around 60-80 people

    Rate: No charge - we take our revenue from ticket sales only
