5. EVENTS & PARTICIPATION

Participation in Meet a Mutual events is subject to:

• Availability

• Organizer discretion

• Compliance with our Code of Conduct

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:

• Deny entry or participation to any individual

• Remove attendees without refund

• Limit or revoke access to future events

This includes decisions based on prior behavior, complaints, or safety concerns.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

All users and attendees must comply with our Code of Conduct, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in removal from Services and/or permanent bans.

You release Meet a Mutual and its organizers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your participation in events

• Interactions with other users or attendees

• User Content shared by others

9. TICKETS, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated

• Events may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion

• Refunds, if any, will be issued according to the applicable ticketing platform or event policy

10. MEDIA & PUBLICITY

By attending events or participating in Services, you grant Meet a Mutual permission to:

• Photograph, record, or film your participation

• Use your likeness for promotional and marketing purposes
