TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction The Meeting Mutuals Year-Long Membership Giveaway ("Contest") is organized by Meeting Mutuals ("Organizer"). By participating in the Contest, each entrant ("Entrant") agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2.2. Employees, officers, and directors of the Organizer, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period The Contest begins on Monday, August 5, 2024 and ends at 12:00am PST on Saturday, August 10, 2024 ("Contest Period"). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

4.1. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.

4.2. To enter, participants must fill out a membership application on the meeting mutuals website.

4.3. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified.

5. Prize

5.1. One (1) winner will receive a free year-long membership to Meeting Mutuals.

5.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

6.2. The drawing will be held on August 10, 2024.

6.3. The winner will be notified via email within 1 day of the drawing.

6.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 1 day, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Publicity By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Organizer's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.

8.2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability By participating in the Contest, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize.

10. Governing Law The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Privacy Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

12. Sponsor The Contest is sponsored by Meeting Mutuals.
